Finding the Right Lot
Location, location, location. The first
step in building a new home is finding the right lot for you.
Although we do not provide real estate services, through our
many years in the business, we have been able to solidify relationships
with the best real estate agents and brokers and will gladly
refer you to them.
Designing your Home
In designing the interior and exterior
of homes, we are both flexible and experienced. We will work
from scratch, modify existing plans, or work with your architect
to make sure that you get exactly what you want from your new
home. We have a great deal of pride in our work and will never
build anything that we are not convinced will be both aesthetically
pleasing and functional.
Using computer assisted drawing programs,
we are able to provide our customers with 3-dimensional renderings
of both interior designs and exterior elevations. We can also
quickly make changes to the floor plan and instantly view the
corresponding 3-D result.
Bidding your Home
As soon as we have a design with which
you are happy, we can began pricing your new home. This is
where your input is extremely important. You will be responsible
for deciding on shingle style, cabinets, door and sink hardware,
windows, flooring, -- every aspect of your home. Although we
will gladly share our ideas, the final product will be primarily
your design and the price will largely reflect these decisions.
The bidding process is very simple. We will deliver building
plans to the suppliers and subcontractors, compile their prices
and then meet with you to review in detail all the costs and
building details.
Building Begins
When we agree on a price and a contract
has been signed, we can begin construction on your new home.
This step is where we separate ourselves from other builders.
Settling for nothing less than the best, we will be on the
job every day ensuring that it is well-maintained and well-built.
As during the design and bidding processes, the final product
is ultimately your decision. We are flexible to any changes
that you might want to make duing the building process.
Married to your Home
Our commitment to you does not end when
construction is finally completed, nor when you move into your
beautiful new home. We provide a year-long, full service warranty
on all our new homes and remodeling projects, as well as a
lifetime of support.
